| Description | Hi, Kinbay A Major issue is reported about Airpot pro reconnection. This is for BMT, so I hope this issue is supported quickly. * repoduce step - F/W : 15.543.14 - Move to "기기연결설정 > 블루투스 연결" menu and pairing Airpot pro via "등록 및 연결하기" - If AirPods Pro is conncected successfully, device name and toggle switch are shown in menu scree (toggle switch may be displayed "연결해제") - For disconnect Airpot pro, press OK key at toggle switch. - a toggle switch message is changed "연결하기", and AirPods Pro is disconnected. - keep to wait in this status, AirPods Pro is re-connected automatically after 40~1min. I attached log information for this issue. please check it. - Diconnect : 11-07 16:26:05 - Reconnect : 11-07 16:26:46 cf) I added some log information, tag "HKTEST". and I guess AirPods Pro is reconnected after receiving "HCI_MODE_CHANGE_EVT" | ||||

Hi Jong-Hwa Here is the schedule: 1. update fw and reproduce problem 11/14 1.1 update 15.543.14 fw (success) 1.2 reproduce it with AirPod Pro and other vendor model(AS-938) 2. analyze logs and find out the difference between AirPod Pro and other vendor model 11/15 3. dowload 15.543.14 version code, review code and find out the reason of problem 11/16 4. fix the bug and debug 11/20 By the way, we used AirPod Pro(A2084) for testing and could not reproduce it. Dear Liu-Ling Wang Thank you for udpates. it is differenced with our test result. because we use same AirPods Pro(A2084) model and issue is reproduced. Could you let me know test procedure in more detail ? FYI, Our test step is below. 1. Move to "기기연결설정 > 블루투스 연결" menu and pairing Airpot pro via "등록 및 연결하기" 2. If AirPods Pro is conncected successfully, device name and toggle switch are shown in menu screen (toggle switch may be displayed "연결해제") 3. For disconnect Airpot pro, press OK key at toggle switch. 4. A toggle switch message is changed "연결하기", and AirPods Pro is disconnected. 5. keep to wait in this status, AirPods Pro is re-connected automatically after 40~1min. I upload movie clip as well. Hi Jong-Hwa We try to delay a2dp disconnect for airpods pro, but it failed. We can not open btsnoop_hci_20241107.log. It is messy code. Can you save it as UTF-8? Best Regards. Liuling Wang |

Dear Liu-Ling Wang Thank you for udpates. "btsnoop_hci_20241107.log" is not text file. It has communication information data between STB and AirPodsPro and it have to be opened by specific program (ex.wireshark ). I think it can be useful to us for investigating this issue. Dear Liu-Ling Wang I attached additional bitsnoop hci log & log information. ( it is another model's btsnoop & log information, not BMA-AI100. because we don't have the box ) By the way, we found that if we disable HEADSET profile same as alt_disable_headsetprofile.diff, it looks AirPods Pro's re-connect is not appeared. ( modification for packages/apps/Bluetooth/res/values/config.xml ) Please also check the test result after disabled HEADSET profile in your side. Hi Jong-Hwa We try to disable headset profile and the test result was same as yours. We try to play a video and audio output from airpods pro normally. We have not found other affect if we disable headset profile so far. Best Regards. Liuling Wang |
